Recruitment Fraud Alert

It has come to our attention that unscrupulous individuals/agencies may be contacting/luring job aspirants with the promise of offering employment with Accolite. The agencies may be requesting personal information and/or money to process job applications or job interviews. We wish to caution all prospective job aspirants not to be misled by the assurance of employment/job interviews made by such unscrupulous individuals/agencies. The hiring process involves at least one in-person interview at any of the Accolite office premises in Bengaluru, Chennai, Gurgaon, Hyderabad and Mumbai. Accolite conducts its initial screening rounds using Talent Titan and Codelyzer platforms (talenttitan.com)

Please be informed that Accolite, never adopts any of the below practices:

  • Accolite does not appoint any agent/agency to make offers of employment on its behalf
  • Accolite does not charge money or deposit of any kind from any job aspirant for giving employment offers or opportunity to attend employment interviews
  • Accolite does not use any public domain/web-based email accounts such as yahoo, gmail, hotmail etc. to send any email correspondence relating to employment. The Accolite Recruitment team corresponds from email addresses with the domain “@accolitedigital.com”, “@accoliteindia.com” and “@accolite.com”
  • Accolite does not request for personal documents like bank account, tax forms or credit card details as a part of the recruitment process

In case you or any candidate receives any unsolicited or fraudulent communication regarding a job offer or an interview call against payment of money, please stay alert and recognize it as a scam. On receipt of an interview call, to prevent falling victim to the same, the candidate may take some measures such as visiting the official Accolite website (www.accolite.com) and Talent Titan website (talenttitan.com) to verify the source and authenticity. If you believe you have been a victim of a recruitment fraud, you are requested to approach the law enforcement agencies immediately.
